Regional defaults and your personal profile (name, photo, contact).

Settings → General covers workspace regional defaults and your profile. Changes to regional defaults do not rewrite records you already saved. Your profile applies across every workspace you belong to. It is not the company name on invoices.

Dark mode is in the app top bar (this device only). Market FX rates prefill on quotation and Books forms from the backend; they are not configured on this page.

Regional defaults

• Timezone — searchable list of standard timezones (type a city or region). The workspace stores the zone id (for example Asia/Shanghai)
• Date format — pick how dates look, including Chinese (2026年1月2日), ISO, English, and EU/US styles
• Base currency for trial balance, income statement, and journal totals

Existing quotations and projects keep the values they were saved with.

Personal details

• Full name is what teammates see. For seated employees, this name also updates the employee roster.
• Sign-in email is read-only here. Change it under Security.
• Phone and address on this page are personal. Company phone and address for exports are under Organization.
